About eileendandashi

I am a lover of books, both reading and writing. 2018 marks the beginning of my own journey from writer to published author. This blog will showcase various authors' thoughts on the elements of novel crafting, and my attempts to find my voice in writing. While journaling this journey, I hope to encourage others to follow their dreams. Book reviews continue as I have the last four years, only making time for my new pursuits.

      Maggi,

Thank you so much! It was such an honor to have made it through the first two rounds of the judging process, and then when I got the word that I was the final winner I just stared at the screen in disbelief. It was my first book so I’m thrilled!

Congratulations, Christie! That is quite an accomplishment and you’re entitled to strut a bit if you care to do so.Go on from here and win even more awards (money wouldn’t hurt either).

My husband and 9yo twins did all the strutting for me, they were so funny with how proud they were/are and how they tell people about it. Makes me happy to have such a great support system.
